Inject this into my veins.

Good morning! It’s Sunday, October 11. Trump cut a diesel deal with Putin on Friday, then told Ukraine it’s time to get a new president.

We’ll get into that, plus:

  • Trump’s DOJ is investigating five TV networks for standing up for CNN

  • A protester flipped an entire Trump rally the double bird and went viral

  • A judge says ICE agents faked records to cover up arresting a U.S. citizen

  • Mark Kelly wants Hegseth “removed immediately” over his livestreamed execution

  • Abdul El-Sayed has the perfect comeback for Sen. John Kennedy’s bin Laden smear

  • Trump’s new press secretary says Mamdani should be deported

  • Plus: the new Nobel Peace Prize winner offered to share it with Trump

Silver Miners Have Outrun Silver Since 2020

Since March 2020, silver has returned about 402%. The silver miners returned 445%.

That gap is the leverage our research team focuses on. When silver rises, a producer's net asset value can rise much faster, and share prices tend to follow. It works in both directions, and a mine is only as good as the company running it.

The Ultimate Silver Playbook shows how the team separates the miners worth owning from the rest, and which silver stocks are on its watchlist now. It's free.

Trump cut a diesel deal with Putin. Then he told Ukraine to get a new president.

If Trump were a Russian asset, we’re not sure what he’d be doing differently.

On Friday, Trump got off the phone with Putin and announced that Russia would supply more than 300,000 tons of diesel “immediately.” Millions more would supposedly come through after the midterms.

The call was supposed to be about the suspected plague in Russia.

The same day, the Treasury issued a license letting Russian diesel onto the global market without sanctions until April 2027.

Putin said he's "confident this will have a positive impact."

America hasn't bought Russian fuel since 2022, when we cut Putin off for invading Ukraine. Now Putin gets paid again.

Ukraine’s negotiators were in Florida, meeting with Trump’s team about a ceasefire, while the call was happening. Zelensky called it “a weak decision by strong partners.”

Trump’s answer came Saturday, on his way to a rally in Tennessee. He told reporters Zelensky should go: “I think it’s time for Ukraine to get a new president.”

His real complaint is Ukraine’s drone strikes on Russian refineries, the one thing that’s been hurting Putin’s war chest: “He better d*mn well stop!”

Follow the money. We pay Putin for diesel. Putin helps Iran aim at American troops. Trump is helping bankroll a war against his own country.

Even his own party is gagging on this one. Mike Pence called the deal a betrayal. Republican Brian Fitzpatrick is going around Speaker Johnson to force a House vote to kill it.

Putin couldn't have scripted a better week. Maybe he didn't have to.

Trump’s DOJ is going after five TV networks for sticking up for CNN

A judge blocked Trump from banning the press. So now he’s investigating it.

In September, Trump kicked CNN, MS NOW and Politico out of the White House. ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC and Fox News, the networks that share the White House TV pool, answered by pulling their coverage of him for a week in solidarity. They weren’t going to let the White House pick which reporters get in.

Now Trump’s Justice Department has opened an antitrust investigation into all five. The New York Times reports DOJ officials contacted the networks Friday demanding their communications about the pool. The theory: sticking together is an illegal “group boycott” under the Sherman Act.

The Sherman Act was written in 1890 to bust up oil and railroad monopolies. Trump is using it on reporters who stopped filming him for seven days.

And yes, that includes Fox News. Not even the network that made him is safe.

A protester flipped off Trump with both hands on her way out of his rally, and she’s our new hero

Trump went to Syracuse Friday night to stump for Bruce Blakeman, the Republican running against Gov. Kathy Hochul. One woman in the crowd had other plans.

She heckled him in the middle of a ramble about his 2017 inauguration until security walked her out. Then, at the exit, she turned around and gave Trump the double bird, and kept waving it at the crowd while MAGA chanted “USA! USA! USA!”

Trump swatted at the air and insisted she was a paid plant: “They’re all paid by the radical left scum. Every one of ’em’s a loser.”

Outside, thousands of protesters chanted “Donald Trump has got to go!”

Nobody paid her. Some things you do for free.

ICE faked records to cover up two illegal arrests in the Bronx, says a judge Trump appointed

ICE grabbed the wrong man in the Bronx, then grabbed a U.S. citizen, then lied about all of it under oath. That’s the finding of a federal judge Trump himself put on the bench.

On May 6, agents tackled and cuffed Angel Jesus Almonte with no warrant, mistaking him for a deportation target who was five inches shorter and 80 pounds lighter. Minutes later, on the same block, a masked agent ran at Jeury Concepcion, an American citizen, with his gun drawn. Concepcion left with stitches in his head.

Then came the cover-up.

Judge Gary R. Brown found a supervisor signed a “fraudulent arrest warrant.” A team leader swore he personally served the warrant and read it to Almonte in Spanish. He never even had it, and he admitted the certificate was false. Three officers testified they watched Almonte deal drugs. There were no drugs, no cash, and no report to the NYPD. Brown said it had “all the hallmarks of coordinated fabrication.”

“Some things simply strain the imagination,” he wrote.

This is the same agency that wants New York to take its word on Thursday’s Marble Hill shooting, where agents fired into a car with a 5-year-old in the back seat. Hard pass.

Mark Kelly wants Hegseth fired for planning to livestream an execution

Pete Hegseth wants to livestream a firing squad. Sen. Mark Kelly wants Pete Hegseth gone.

The Pentagon plans to stream the December 3 execution of Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hasan. Kelly, a Navy combat veteran, said Hasan “should face justice,” but: “A public execution? Here in the United States? It’s the kind of thing Iran and the Taliban do.”

Hegseth’s “expiration date in this job has long passed,” Kelly said. “He should be removed immediately.”

For once, plenty of Republicans agree. Thom Tillis called it “beyond disgusting.” GOP Rep. Austin Scott said livestreaming executions “is what jihadists do.” Utah’s John Curtis warned that “a civilization erodes when it cultivates an appetite for executions as a form of entertainment.” Even America’s Catholic bishops called it “a barbaric promotion of a culture of death.”

This is the “pro-life” party, mind you.

Sen. John Kennedy took a bin Laden shot at Abdul El-Sayed. El-Sayed hit back with a KKK one.

Republicans have decided their best shot in Michigan is reminding voters that Abdul El-Sayed is Muslim.

The latest is Louisiana Sen. John Kennedy, caught on video with El-Sayed’s opponent Mike Rogers, explaining why AIPAC is pouring money into the race: “AIPAC wouldn’t be, they wouldn’t come here, if Dr. El-Sayed didn’t sleep in a bin Laden jersey.” Rogers laughed.

El-Sayed has never said a word in support of bin Laden. As Drop Site’s Julian Andreone put it: “He’s just Muslim.” Kennedy joins Trump, who calls El-Sayed a “jihadist lunatic,” and Tommy Tuberville, who went with “TERRORIST.”

El-Sayed didn’t need a press release:

Trump’s new press secretary debuts by saying Mamdani should be deported

Trump’s brand-new press secretary lasted about a day before going after the mayor of New York.

Trump named Fox and Newsmax regular Katie Zacharia his new press secretary on Friday, praising her “unblemished record of support.” That night she was on Jesse Watters’ show claiming “Mamdani is not here for American citizens” and saying he should be deported.

One problem: Mamdani is an American citizen. Has been since 2018.

This is on brand. Last week she replied “Deport them all” to a post blaming “Somali gangs” for shootings in Minneapolis. She once called for the U.S. to “suspend habeas corpus” in a post she later deleted. And she’s claimed the abortion pill is “connected to the manufacturer” of Zyklon B, the gas the Nazis used in the death camps.

Trump called her “loyal and brilliant.” He’s half right.

Donald Trump is not well. His speeches show serious cognitive decline, and he recently claimed he took three dementia tests in the past few months.

This weekend he cut a deal with Putin and then told Ukraine, the country Putin invaded, to replace its president. He cannot be trusted with the most powerful job in the world.
