How One Wellness Brand Is Helping America Sleep Better
You know the importance of sleep, but actually getting enough is easier said than done. One wellness brand decided to study the problem and whether CBD could help.
CBD users have long reported feeling calmer and sleeping better, whether taking the compound by itself or with related hemp-derived compounds like CBN and THC. But rumor isn’t research, so CBDistillery conducted two sleep studies: a 2021 study into CBD and CBN, and a 2023 study with technology app Releaf into CBD, CBN and THC.
Study participants who took CBD and CBN reported falling asleep easier and sleeping an hour longer per night, on average. Study participants who took THC as well as CBD and CBN reported improved quality of sleep and waking up more refreshed the next morning.

Trump REPEATEDLY Contradicts Himself on Iran as Oil Prices Spike (Again)

The man who started a war can’t keep his story straight.
Trump told CBS News on Monday that the war with Iran is “very complete, pretty much.”
Then, just hours later, he told House Republicans that “we haven’t won enough” and vowed to “go forward more determined than ever.”
This whiplash came during a day of stunning contradictions about virtually every aspect of the conflict—even as oil prices spiked again amid fears of a prolonged disruption to global energy supplies.
His assessment of Iran’s military capabilities shifted wildly throughout the day. He also kept changing his ship count.
Then there’s the elementary school bombing.
Trump claimed that Iran bombed its own school in Minab, despite extensive evidence pointing to a US strike. He suggested Iran might have obtained a “generic” Tomahawk missile—a weapon Tehran isn’t known to possess.
When a fearless reporter pushed back against him, the president backpedaled.
➡️ Question of the Day
Does Trump have any clue what he is doing in Iran?
Americans Furious as Gas Prices Spike from Trump’s War
Gas prices jumped from $2.90 to $3.48 a gallon in just one month thanks to Trump’s war with Iran, and voters—including Trump supporters—are pissed. A factory worker in Iowa who voted for Trump put it bluntly: “He said he was going to bring gas down, but the war in Iran is now making everything worse.” Meanwhile, Trump eliminated EV tax credits that could’ve saved Americans $7,500, keeping them dependent on the very gas prices his war is now jacking up.
Trump Sons Launch Drone Company During Dad’s War
Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump are investing in Powerus, a West Palm Beach drone company positioning itself to cash in on the Pentagon’s $1.1 billion “Drone Dominance” initiative—a spending push created by their father’s administration after banning Chinese drones. The timing? Particularly grotesque: while hundreds die in Trump’s Iran war (including at least 165 schoolgirls), the Trump boys are lining up to profit from the weapons that will keep the carnage going.
‘Moderate’ Dem Voters Have Gone Progressive
Seventy percent of self-described moderate Democrats think the party is “too timid” on taxing the rich and cracking down on corporations, according to new polling—directly contradicting the centrist establishment insisting Democrats need to move right. Meanwhile, Third Way just held a conference pushing candidates who oppose wealth taxes and support aggressive immigration enforcement, positions that actual moderate voters overwhelmingly reject.
🗳️ Yesterday’s poll results
Yesterday we asked, Did Fox News intentionally use the wrong footage of Trump to make him look better?
98% of you said YES:
“You have to ask, really??”
- p15061023a
“Fox has been making things up for a couple decades and being the Republican party's propaganda machine for longer than that.”
- twoasps
“You need to fact check everything seen/heard on FOX! So sad. Unfortunately most mainstream news is getting that way.”
- tthakes
“To call them news is an absolute joke. They have always served as the felon’s primary propaganda resource.”
- a.smoot
“Of course they did. They are bought and paid for. Just watch what they air. Compare that with the reports on various podcasts. Fox News is merely entertainment as proven in court.”
- jmacs53
“Of course they knew what they were doing and it's the exact reason people no longer trust the media.”
- callajr.jc
“Fox should be removed due to constant lies and misinformation.”
- vlturnerma

Bunker Mentality: What Trump Officials’ Doomsday Prep Tells Us About Their Own War
Two members of Trump’s Cabinet are quietly buying bomb-proof bunkers.
Orders for luxury underground shelters have spiked “tenfold” since the U.S. and Israel attacked Iran. And the president himself just told Americans not to worry too much about Iranian retaliation because, well, “some people will die.”
Nothing says “we’ve got this under control” quite like Cabinet members texting their bunker salesman asking when their steel-reinforced survival pods will be ready.
