Trump FAILS to Indict Dems Involved in ‘Illegal Orders’ Video

Sen. Mark Kelly
The Trump administration tried to criminally indict six Democratic members of Congress for posting a video about the military’s right to disobey illegal orders—and a federal grand jury told them to pound sand.
The Justice Department, now led by Trump appointee and former Fox News host Jeanine Pirro, failed Tuesday to secure indictments against the veterans and former intelligence officials involved in the video.
Trump’s response at the time? He accused them of “SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!”
The grand jury seemed to disagree—read the full story here.

🗞️ Making News
Raskin: Trump’s Name Appears Over a MILLION Times in Unredacted Epstein Files
Congressman Jamie Raskin has reviewed the unredacted Jeffrey Epstein files—the ones the Trump DOJ heavily redacted before public release—and found Trump’s name appearing over ONE MILLION times. Even better: the unredacted documents directly contradict Trump’s claims about his relationship with Epstein. Read the full story.
‘Legal’ Irish Man in ICE Detention Describes ‘Torture’ in ‘Modern-Day Concentration Camp’
Seamus Culleton—an Irish business owner with a valid work permit, married to an American citizen, with zero criminal record—has been locked in an ICE detention facility in El Paso for four and a half months, describing it as “a modern-day concentration camp” where he’s “in fear for my life.” He says detainees are being killed by staff, the facilities are filthy, everyone’s starving on three “kid-sized meals” a day, and he’s seen fresh air less than ten times since September—all while carrying a Massachusetts driver’s license and documentation issued by the U.S. government itself as part of his ongoing green card process. Listen to his story.
House GOP Launches Bad Bunny Probe Over ‘Illegal’ Halftime Show
OF COURSE Republicans have time to investigate Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show—claiming it featured “pornographic content” even though the Spanish lyrics they’re mad about were literally bleeped and never actually performed—but SOMEHOW there’s no bandwidth to probe Epstein’s powerful clients or ICE’s extrajudicial killings. Targeting Bad Landlords, Mamdani Invites New Yorkers to Testify at First-Ever ‘Rental Ripoff’ Hearings
NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani is up to something radical, again: actually asking tenants what their landlords are putting them through. The city’s launching “Rental Ripoff Hearings” across all five boroughs where New Yorkers can testify about mold, mystery fees, and broken appliances—and the administration has 90 days after to deliver an actual plan to fix it. 🗳️ Yesterday’s poll results
Yesterday we asked, does Cuba represent an 'existential threat' to the United States? 100% of you said, no—this is inhumane.
Dick said, “Seems like if they were areal threat they would’ve pulled the trigger 60 or so years ago.”
Smoot said, “It’s ridiculous to think a country with the limited resources Cuba has would be a threat to us. Once again our felon President is making us the biggest bully in the world. How can Congress continue to let this abomination go on?”
Sipr said, “It is sad what this government is doing to Cuba. I went on a Medical mission years ago. Cuba was extremely safe to walk around, people very friendly. I was extremely impressed with their medical delivery, very proactive in protecting people's health. Never felt endangered like in the U.S.”
Pamarno said, “Donald Trump is the existential threat to the United States.”
